Two licences. One infrastructure layer.
One is a distribution licence. The other is an operator licence for a dedicated network. Held together, by one legal entity, they form a layer that products and partners can be built on — and two independent positions rather than one.

03What INKATEL is
Licence. Infrastructure. Product.
INKATEL is an infrastructure operator, not a reseller of someone else’s network. The licences are held by the company itself, and everything above them is built on that position.
The chain runs in one direction. A licence makes a layer possible; the layer carries a product; a partner puts that product somewhere real; and it ends at a household, a site or a screen.

Video intelligence is one of the systems INKATEL builds on its infrastructure, not the company’s definition. It reads video and audio streams and flags defined events as they happen.
Operators see the event, the camera and the moment it started. Detection rules are set per site and per zone.

Signal at national scale.
A general licence for the distribution of television and radio channels, with the Republic of Kazakhstan recorded as the licensed territory.

The licence records the Republic of Kazakhstan as the broadcasting territory. What a signal reaches in practice depends on the equipment in place for a given project, and INKATEL states that per project rather than in general.
07Network infrastructure
Networks that hold the line.
A dedicated network licence means INKATEL can be the operator on a site, not a supplier of equipment to one. Local first, regional second, and designed to keep working when a link drops.
Level 1 · Local
Each control point pairs a fixed overview camera with a PTZ camera for detail. Streams reach the local control point in real time, where operators see every event in their area and act on it.
Level 2 · Regional
From the local control point, a consolidated stream continues to the regional command center. Higher-level teams get the view across districts without watching every camera.
Wireless links
Radio bridges and radio-relay links connect control points without laying fiber, so a new site can go live faster.
08Portfolio
One holding. Three directions.
The directions are separate products with separate audiences. What they share is the layer underneath them, and a rule: each one publishes where it actually stands.

ТОО «Инкател» has held the same registration since 1997. The licences arrived in 2007 and 2013, and both are current.
