Licence 13004019, issued 18 March 2013: a general licence for the distribution of television and radio channels, with the Republic of Kazakhstan recorded as the licensed territory.

The licence records the Republic of Kazakhstan as the broadcasting territory. That is a legal scope, not a map of what a transmitter reaches: technical coverage depends on the equipment in place for a given project, and INKATEL states it per project.
