04Portfolio · Broadcast infrastructure
Distribution as a platform.
- Status
- Pre-MVP
- Built on
- Licence 01 · Television and radio distribution
- Licence number
- 13004019 · 18 March 2013
Licence 01 treated as infrastructure rather than as a channel: carriage for broadcasters, and one-way delivery of data to receivers that have no internet connection.
01Position
What makes it defensible.
A broadcast path does not depend on the mobile network, so it keeps working in places and moments where connectivity is absent.
The boundary of that claim
The licence records the activity and the territory. It does not state transmitter sites, frequencies or technical coverage, and INKATEL does not present any as given.
02Detail
Broadcast infrastructure in detail
Carriage and capacity
Distribution of television and radio channels under a general licence, with the Republic of Kazakhstan recorded as the broadcasting territory.
- Licence 13004019, issued 18 March 2013 on record
Data over the broadcast layer
The same path can carry data to receiving devices: a one-way channel that reaches equipment outside mobile coverage, without a return link.
- Whether the distribution licence covers arbitrary machine data, or requires a separate permission, is a question for counsel to verify
- Corporate materials cite a 2024 amendment providing for broadcast interruption in civil alerting to verify
Where it is used
Alerting that has to arrive, telemetry to devices in the field, and capacity for organisations that need a distribution path of their own.
03Where this stands
Direction under development.
Scope questions are answered before anything is built. No deployment, coverage area or customer is claimed here.

Discuss the broadcast layer.
Describe what you need to deliver, to how many receivers, and where. We will tell you what is possible on the licence as it stands.
